Blanak Garlic Seed Stock-RARE

New cultivar. Very limited quantity for 2022

Blanak Garlic is a VERY RARE hardneck Garlic of the Purple Stripe variety. This is our second year growing it so seed sizes are approximate. Seed Stock size bulbs come in small (1.25-1.5”), medium (1.5-1.75"), large (1.75"+). Hot, hot garlic with the best all-around flavor. Great raw in salsa and flavoring pickles. Good strong garlic flavor when baked too.

• It is very hardy and grows large fat cloves.
• In our clay soil, Blanak produces 8-10 medium/large cloves per bulb.
• Blanak is a flavorful garlic in any dish with a hot raw flavor, milder when baked.
• Cultivar originates from Czech Republic.
