Pehoski Garlic Seed Stock

Pehoski is a hardneck Garlic of the Purple Stripe variety. Seed Stock size bulbs come in medium (1.5-1.75"), large (1.75-2"), or jumbo (2"+)

• It is very hardy and grows well in our climate zone 6b. Seed Stock originally from Keene Garlic in Wisconsin.
• In our clay soil, Pehoski produces more cloves per bulb than other soil types. 8-10 large cloves per bulb. Cloves have beautiful brownish purple tight wrappers.
• Rich, garlicy flavor with an amazing earthy green after taste. Excellent in everything we have ever used it in.
• Our longest storing garlic. We use this garlic well into April the year after harvest.
• All our garlics are Sustainably grown using no chemicals or pesticides.
