Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not take back and returns or exchanges of garlic, seed or culinary, or garlic products or spice rubs. We will only replace items damaged in shipping. It is not safe practice to accept food items back from customers, so choose wisely.

Garlic is a perishable crop and can deteriorate quickly if not cared for properly. Open your shipment immediately and inspect. If you allow the seed garlic to sit in a sealed shipping box until planting time, we will not replace or refund it. You have 7 days only to report issues.

Also, when purchasing pottery items, please understand that your computer screen cannot accurately represent the exact color of any product, so be aware that color variations are going to occur from what is shown online. All our products are either hand made here on the farm or home grown in our own soil.

We will need photographs of damaged packaging so do not discard it once you open the package if it is damaged.

To start a claim, you can contact us using the form below. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for certain non-food items), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days only!!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any garlic, seed or food grade, or garlic powder or rubs, sale items or gift cards. If your items were damaged in shipping and you contact us within 7 days of receiving the package (we are alerted online when your package is delivered), we will work with you to replace or refund damaged goods.

Exchanges No exchanges on garlic in any form. Exchanges on pottery items must be approved before shipping back at buyers expense.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to alter and order or refund your order for any pricing mistakes found on our website. If an item is sold out before we are able to ship your order we will contact you for a substitution or refund.
