German Extra Hardy Garlic Seed Stock

German Extra Hardy Garlic is a genetically large hardneck Garlic of the Porcelain variety. Seed Stock size bulbs come in medium (1.5-1.75"), large (1.75-2"), or jumbo (2-2 1/4"). Year after year this garlic produces heads larger than other varieties.

• It is very hardy and grows large fat cloves.
• In our clay soil, GX produces more cloves per bulb than other soil types. 6-8 large cloves per bulb.
• Very warm, spicy garlic flavor, but pleasant. Excellent for all recipes especially salsas.
